Everything you need to know about the Inns in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite! Read on to find out how to use these locations in the most efficient way!
What Are Inns?
If you’re familiar with Pokemon Go, then you may recognize Poke Stops as places where you can stop to gather necessary tools. Inns work in essentially the same way, but with their own flair. They are locations you can find within the real world that allow you to gather spell energy, which is necessary for all of your spells.
Often, these inns tend to be notable locations in your area like businesses, landmarks, parks and other spaces where you can stop to get what you need. Upon entering the inns, you can select a meal which will provide you with a certain amount of spell energy.
How Do Inns Work?
Just like Poke Stops, you have to be in the inn location or very near to it in order for the inn to activate. Once it has activated, you can go inside. The inn will require you to trace over a simple rune before the meals you can choose from are presented.
Each inn provides 5 meals for you to choose from. These meals will vary in spell energy levels, and are based on the inn type you’ve entered. Because of that, you’ll need to make sure you understand the different types of inns and how to use them efficiently.
What Are The Different Types Of Inns?
When you’re wandering around the map, you’ll find inns in five different colors. These include purple, brown, green, blue and pink inns. Each inn can be found in a different kind of area. For example, green inns tend to be located in more rural locations more often than others.
Furthermore, each kind of inn provides different meal options that may contain more or less spell energy. For instance, you may find that pink inns typically have meals with lower amounts of spell energy while green inns offer meals with higher amounts.
What Kind Of Food Can You Get At An Inn?
There’s a wide variety of food options available at each of the inns. You’ll also find that there are some inns which have meals that are unique to that kind of inn while others may have meals that overlap.
Each meal also offers different amounts of energy for spells. At the lower end of the spectrum, you’ll find things like pumpkin pastries and turkey legs, which only offer 2 spell energy. At the other end, you can find a complete turkey dinner that offers 10 spell energy points within green inns only.
